[ARCHIVED] Marriage Licenses Available Through Mailing

The Clay County Recorder’s Office will be able to offer marriage licenses through a mailing process effective April 16^th, 2020 while the Governor’s Stay at Home is in place and access to the Courthouse is restricted. Please contact the Recorder’s Office at 218-299-5031 for further instructions.
