Board of Commissioners meetings are open for those who wish to attend in-person.

On July 21st, the Clay County Board of Commissioners voted to reopen board meetings for those who wish to attend in-person. Attendance will be limited to the agenda item the citizens wishes to address the board on. Citizens will be expected to comply with Executive Order 80-21 to enter the courthouse. Citizens must provide their own personal mask. Citizens will be asked to wait in the Meeting Room B until the agenda item they wished to speak on comes up for discussion. Chairs are set up within the boardroom to ensure social distancing requirements. Masks can be removed when addressing the board as longs as there is compliance with social distancing. Citizens will be expected to leave at the conclusion of the discussion.
