Clay County Motor Vehicle Closing November 10^th @ 1:30pm In Preparation of Moving to the Moorhead Center Mall Location.

Moorhead, MN – The Clay County Motor Vehicle Department (DMV) will be closing November 10th @ 1:30pm in preparation of moving to the Moorhead Center Mall location. The Clay County DMV will remain closed until November 16^th, while the State of Minnesota transitions from the MnLARS to the MnDRIVE program.

The Clay County DMV will reopen at its new location November 16th @ 8am,
