[ARCHIVED] County Building Mask Mandate Back in Place

Following guidance from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and Clay County Public Health officials, the Clay County Board of Commissioners passed a motion on January 18th, 2022 mandating the use of masks by the public and employees within public areas in Clay County facilities. The mandate will go into effect January 19th at 8:00 AM.  It is understood that some customers/employees may require exceptions to the mandate due to a medical condition, mental health condition, or disabilities.  The Clay County Board of Commissioner will continue to review the mask mandate at future board meetings and make adjustments as warranted.

The State of Minnesota Supreme Court continues to governing the Minnesota Judicial Branch. Please referred to the Courts directives in regards to masking and social distancing within the Clay Courthouse.
