Clay County Social Services is in the process of developing the Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) Biennial Service Agreement for 2024-2025. By law, the county must allow a period of at least 30 days for public comments on the contents of the agreement before approval. Clay County has chosen to inform the public of the development of this Service Agreement via our county website.
The primary purpose of the service agreement is to provide the state with county information about services and strategies intended to meet program measures with the goal of increasing economic stability for low-income families under MFIP.
The public review and comment period will end on October 7, 2023. To review the MFIP Biennial Service Agreement for 2024-2025 for Clay County, Click Here (PDF)
